Up for sale is a Very Hard to Find Boxed Extra dress from 1956 called \"Blue Toile\". It comes along with a CanCan slip that makes sit out so nicely.The dress is seen on p. 59 of Shaw\'s book \"The Cissy Files\". This dress is in very good condition with no holes, stains, tears or odors. The dress has bright blue flowers with a white background. The dress background is nice and white with just the most minimal amount of aging that can be seen on the right side. It does not detract in anyway and is unnoticeable unless you are looking for it. The dress sits out beautifully with the can can slip under it and is a real stunner in person. The sleeve elastic was slightly stretched so I added a little elastic cord under the original elastic and now they are nice and tight. You can not see the cord but I wanted to mention what I had done. The can can slip is in great condition with no holes, stains, tears or odors. All together this is such a beautiful vhtf dress that will not disappoint. The Cissy doll and hat are being offered in separate listings and are not included.
