This is a vintage Mount Vernon Bach Mercedes Trumpet. The serial number is 15339. The valves are marked with matching numbers to the serial number. The brass finish has many scratches and has worn away in spots. There are a few small dings, but no dents or anything that impedes its performance. It does look like some of the braces have been re-soldered. The valves work great, the water key works fine, and all of the slides move perfectly. This is a nice example of a Mt. Vernon NewYork made Vincent Bach horn. These are getting harder and harder to find. It plays great and sounds great too! It comes with a Vincent Bach 7C mouthpiece, and a newer Mt.
