This is a vintage PANURGE Terrier on Wheels.  The original PANURGE tag is hanging from the metal frame. The dog without the wheels measures 17 inches tall, 20 inches long and 6.5 inches wide.  Each of the four legs is bolted to the metal frame where there are four wheels and a handle.  The handle would be compared to that of a carriage.  This dog is wearing a red, studded collar that has an original Quincy, Massachusetts Dog License from 1942.  This item is in very good, vintage condition.  The dog is relatively clean although you can tell he has been brought through a few puddles in his lifetime. The white plastic handle where you would push the dog is starting to crack and come apart.  There are some areas that are missing.
