YOU ARE BUYING A CUSTOM MADE VINTAGE RANDALL KNIFE. This is similar to the 7 inch Model 4 shown in the current RANDALL catalog. I BELIEVE it to be 1960\'s vintage, or possibly earlier, based on the stamp and what I have been able to glean from the web on dating the early Randalls. In the current catalog this knife is called a BIG GAME AND SKINNER . The knife has a seven inch Blade, with a Black Micarta handle, with the standard single hilt, it is 11 1/2 inches overall. All in excellent condition. PLEASE INSPECT ALL PICTURES CLOSELY AS THEY REFLECT THE CONDITION ACCURATELY. Note the light pitting on the blade typical of carbon steel knives of this vintage.I have no idea if this knife was carried by our armed forces, but do know that this 7\" Randall was a favorite of our special operations guys during the Vietnam Conflict.SELLING IN AS FOUND CONDITION, A GOOD HONEST KNIFEThe holster is Not the standard Randall holster, but it appears to have the right age patina for this knife.
