Has had some repair dine and Needs restoration. Please see pictures...
(Please note, these issues were pointed out to me whereas I did not notice them. They were not visible to me. Please see pictures.)
Here are some of the issues:
lining was installed inside on both treble and bass side to stabilize crack/separation of the grain on the sides.
both sides the split runs from the waist well down the lower bout
there is a separation of the joint at the neck heel
neck heel lifting away from the body
Also, regarding the bridge repair, while it was reglued where it split, and the bridge appears to be solid,the repair was not properly performed, if you look at the bridge where the strings pass through, you will see that the bridge is tilted forward.the problem with that is that the holes the strings pass through are now elevated at or higher than the brass saddle, so that you don\'t havesolid down pressure on the saddle where the string cross over, and you can get rattling/buzzing. this is even more of a issue because of the forwardbow of the neck. I would guess that\'s why the plastic shim was placed behind the saddle, to help eliminate string rattle or buzz.
For someone with the skills to perform the neck/bridge repairs they would have a really niceinstrument when completed,
