Beautiful Royal Faux Bois woodgrain portable typewriter serialnumber is P190522 putting it built in early 1930.The painted wood grain Royals I\'ve seen are made to replicate walnut, this one has a deep red color that looks like mahogany. Attic fresh condition stored well. Very minimal scuffs to finish, one chip where the shift key is, one one the left ribbon access door. A few scuffs to the case.One small fault the ribbon feeder does not retract every time. Some use or a drip of oil would help. Works fine as is and was able to type the my eloquent message.
