They are a real nice nylon. The waist measures 9\",laid flat and measured straight across the waist, not stretched. Stretched the waist measures 16\",laid flat, stretched and measured straight across the waist. The hips measure 15\",laid flat and measured straight across the hips, not stretched. Stretched the hips measure 19\",laid flat, stretched and measured straight across the hips. These Van Raalte all nylon panties measure 10\" long, measured straight down the side of the panties.
