This sale is for a really adorable 25- piece child\'s vintage tea set/ children\'s dish set made in Japan.  The set includes six plates, six cups, six saucers, one tureen with lid, one teapot with lid, one sugar bowl with lid, and one cream pitcher. All of the pieces are decorated with hand-painted pink pussy willows and little pink pussy cats/ kittens among the branches. The plates measure approx. 4\" in diameter; the saucers measure approx. 3 and 1/2\" in diameter; the cups measure about 2 and 1/4\" across the tops by 1 and 1/4\" high; the teapot measures about  4 and 1/2\" from handle to spout by 3 and 1/4\" high including its lid; the sugar bowl measures about 3\" handle to handle by 2 and 1/2\" high including its lid; the creamer measures approx. 2 and 1/2\" from spout to handle by 2\" high; and the tureen measures 4 and 3/4\" from handle to handle by 2 and 1/2\" high including its lid. The larger plates have 2 kittens in the pattern, while the other items each have one.  All 25 pieces are in excellent condition without chips, nicks, or damage. This set displays really, really well.
