This necklace has a detailed and striking design that is enhanced by the oxidized finish that contrasts dramatically with the sterling silver. The Aztec influenced patterning is the same on each link and extends all the way around the necklace. The links are just slightly domed in shape and fairly thin so the necklace lays flush when worn. The necklace is well made with a quality weight and feel and there are no signs of solder or repair. There are no dents or misshapen elements and there is very little surface wear. Overall this is a finely made and striking, sterling silver aztec necklace, that was made in Mexico during the 1940s that is in Excellent condition.
