Up for sale is thisincredible late Edwardian to early 1920’s printed silk robe or lingerie over-dress. The robe has an incredible abstract print of lily of the valley flowers with geometrics with a slightly high waist, 3/4 length sleeves, gathered detail at the neck and cuffs, ribbon belt with ball tassels, ribbon bows on cuffs and bias patch pockets. The details and geometric pocket shapes on this piece are outstanding as well as the print. The piece is being sold as is and does have some unevenness/fading to the fabric, some pin-holes through out, and a few tiny period repairs. That being said, because of the print, these things are hardly noticable and the piece still looks and wears really well. Please check out my other sales for more antique clothing and accessories.
