This necklace is unique for its full profile and glass cabs that are made to simulate carved Jade. The glass has a molded design with gradated colors to the glass that is very realistic in imitating Jade. There is one glass pendant that has a chip to a \"petal\" and the clasp has a decent sized chip which you can see in one of the photos. Looking at the back of the necklace there was definitely a glue repair to the back of the pendant. If you examine the front of the pendant you can see a hairline crack...just barely. This is very difficult to see from the front of the necklace but is evident looking at the back of the piece. The glass in the pendant is very secure and solid. There are no other chips or wear to the glass and the molded design is fresh looking. The setting is sturdy and well made and the tiny marcasites are all present and original to the piece. Overall this is a well made and colorful, Art Deco sterling silver glass necklace, that was made in France during the 1920\'s - 30\'s that is in very good condition.
