Looks like it says Hartland Plastics on the inside leg. Stands about 8\" tall. I think the saddle goes with it. Found it in the same box with a broken cowboy figure. He looks pretty clean, you will have to clean him up though. Don\'t know much more about it so please see the photos and judge for yourself the condition and value. Feel free to ask questions.
