This device works in exactly the same way as the official Xbox dongle which is to wirelessly marry up your Xbox with your home router to enable your Xbox to access the internet.
It is powered by one of the Xbox USB sockets (cable provided) and connects to your Xbox via the RJ45 Ethernet socket (cable provided).
Once connected to the internet your xBox can play Xbox live and use other internet based apps such as Netflix,Amazon Video and receive system updates.

The adapter requires setting up using either a laptop, Tablet or iPhone. The setup process basically is just to marry up the adapter wirelessly to your router. If you follow the instructions carefully the setup should take you no longer than 5-10min.
I have designed my instructions to be a simple to follow as possible as I know lot of people are not comfortable with computers. That’s why you will find a lot of pictures in my setup instructions. The instruction’s themselves need to be downloaded, the website address can be found on the white sticker on the front of the box
