This listing is for a fully functional vintage BATTERY OPERATED CRAGSTAN CRAP SHOOTING MONKEY w/box as shown. It is in good - very good condition. Works great. Fur, litho, clothing & plastic parts are nice with the exception of some small holes in the monkey\'s pants. No corrosion anywhere. After inserting the batteries, push his dice cup back, he then does the following actions: His right hand moves to cover the dice cup, head moves back and forth continuously, both hands then shake the covered cup, Right hand then moves away uncovering the cup, Left hand then tosses the dice out of the cup. Process is the repeated upon pushing his dice cup back again. Battery compartment is mint as are the connections. The original box is included with insert. It is in average/good condition. It does have a number of clear tape repairs. Also included are the original dice, visor and instructional hang tag. This is a \"MADE IN JAPAN\" toy listed in Don Hultzman\'s book, COLLECTOR\'S GUIDE TO BATTERY TOYS, copyright 2002, second edition. It is listed on page 53. It is a 1950\'s era toy made by the Alps Co and distributed by Cragstan. It has a rarity of 3 on a scale to 10 being the rarest, and a value of $200.00 in C-10 condition without the box. Would make a neat conversation piece in any, tavern, pub, bar, brewery, brothel, after hours joint, man cave or family rec-room decor.
