1940s Wurlitzer Model 39A Strike Up The Band Wall External Remote Speaker. Round walnut case has an open center with cloth speaker cover and 3 steel bar horizontal grill. Original red plastic side panels are missing. The sides and front used to light up the banner panels at the top and bottom which read “Strike Up The Band” and Wurlitzer. Volume control knob on the top is missing. There are 4 light sockets within the case used to light up the panels. Speaker cone is in tact. Whole Unit Measures 17.75 in. diameter x 18 inches wide x 8.5 inches deep. It weighs 13 pounds. This has been waiting just for You to be lovingly restored.
