THEY HAVE ALSO DROPPED THE INSURANCE ON ALL INTERNATIONAL ITEMS FROM £500 TO £250, SO THIS MEANS ITEMS THAT SELL FOR OVER £250 WILL COST A LOT MORE TO POST.

Firstly be happy with the postage price{ROYAL MAIL SET THESE PRICES NOT ME!}.

I am fed up with sneaky low scoring DSR\'s left by people who do not realise that the price charged is what i get charged by the Post Office or what they have paid before waiting for the invoice.

Sorry to all the good ers out there that understand this. :-) 

IMPORTANT.Please note that I do not pack items until the end of sale.So please be patient and don\'t request total for your P&P through ,as I WILL contact YOU within 48hrs.Check your email system is working correctly as i always send within this time. 

*****VERY IMPORTANT***** Please DO NOT PAY until you have received the invoice,as the postage price can vary{please see the reason for this below}.This saves so much work for me and you. 

I will always use the most economical insured post.Where possible i will combine multiple purchases into the same parcel. 

Please be aware that if an item sells for more than £250 outside of the UK then the postage price will be considerably more.This is because Royal mail international signed for only insures up to £250.I will have to use a firm such as UPS or Parcelforce.

The reason for me writing this,is because all of this takes so much more time and makes so much more work for me when it is incorrectly done.I am sorry for writing this next paragraph as i know the majority of ers do wait for the invoice. :-) 

*****Please be aware that i will not send you the item until the FULL postage amount has been paid to me.This is because i sell on behalf of customers and they do not refund me the difference if i am underpaid by you.Please also understand that if you pay too much postage because YOU decide TO PAY and not wait for the invoice then i will no longer refund the difference.So please do not use the response option to say the postage was too much when YOU paid the postage amount shown on the listing without waiting to get the final correct price.Also the Royal Mail set the postal prices,not me and i do show all my charges up front.Thank you.*****

Please be aware that if this item sells for more than £250, the postage price for overseas buyers will be a lot more because of the value.

This lovely item is one inch high.Please see the last photo for the other two items it came with which are also listed separately. I believe this lot belonged to a New Zealand ANZAC soldier and his family in World War One. The brass Hei Tiki is a little worn{rubbed for good luck?}, the jade one is totally original to the period.Please view all three items.  

   

Postage Guide for items OVER £50.00{UK + INTERNATIONAL}

Items that sell for less than £50.00 to a UK buyer will be sent 1st class recorded{example 100g = £2.03 + packing).For all international parcels that sell below £50.00 it will be the international signed for price which is above,less the £2.60 which is included in that above price for the extra insurance.

Terms and conditions

General
If the high buyer does not pay for the item within 7 days of the sale ending,
I reserve the right to relist it or offer it to another buyer.

I attempt to describe accurately and honestly, including any defects… but I cannot know all that you may want/require of a particular item. If in doubt, please e-mail for further information / pictures before offerding. 

Returns policy

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are at all unhappy with your purchase.I will do my utmost to rectify the problem. 

If an item is not as described I will accept it back for a full refund, provided it is returned to me in the condition I supplied it to you . Otherwise, sales are Final. 

Packing
I do make a small charge for packing, but, (please see my response), I use bubble wrap and packing chips in abundance, to protect the item from the possibility of rough handling, which could damage the item. This I must purchase, together with tape, and, if not freely available, also cardboard. I add 50p to the cost of items sent in a bubblewrap bag and add £2.00 to the cost of postage for parcels. 

Postage or collection
Once you have paid for your item I will post it to you the following Tuesday or Thursday,or you are very welcome to collect it, by appointment. Shipment is outside of my control and is the responsibility of the carrier,that is why I WILL ALWAYS use insured post.

Please do not worry if by chance your item gets lost in the post,I will do all the chasing up and try my hardest to locate it for you.If unfortunately it does go completely missing,then I will refund you and deal with the postal service myself.

I always obtain proof of posting and I use the following services - items up to £50.00 in value - Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. - items over £50.00 in value - Royal Mail Special Delivery (which guarantees next day delivery and provides three levels of possible compensation up to a market value of £2500.) - large, non-fragile items - it may be more economical to use insured Parcel Post, although this is slower (please allow allow five days for delivery).I send all international parcels by International Signed for post or Parcelforce Worldwide.These services mentioned are all trackable.  

I will always use the most econimical way of posting. 

Unacceptable offers
I regret that i cannot accept offers from anyone with ZERO response and/or NEW USER ,OR CHANGED ID unless :-  1.They contact me with details of their ID, full name, address and telephone number and 2. I have subsequently contacted them in order to check their genuineness and I have agreed to accept their offers.IF you DO NOT do this then I will cancel your offer and block the buyer name.This is because of the unfortunate case of there being some total timewasters out there.
