A great WW2 British Tanker\'s helmet in excellent & complete condition. It has a period factory paint of green which is in good condition with some worn / aged areas, (please study pictures). The two-tone net is tied on very well & the knot is old so i didn\'t want to mess with this. The shell is fine with no dents. The lining is in excellent condition & the cross-cushion is still bendy. The liner is stamped \"7 1/4 W & L C II 1941\", a very rare lining stamp, (not seen one before). The correct thin-guage chin-strap is fine & still retains some elasticity.
