If someone has a name like O'Neal and you put that in the Display Name field it puts in a \ as in O\'Neal.
I just did a search on ' and we have two users with this in their name. One has a \ and the other doesn't. Maybe it works if they enter it, but doesn't if an admin does it from the control panel?

Yep, just changed it in the database manually and it works now, but if you try to do it in the admin's control panel it will put the \ in there.
