The ONLY sure-fire method I can use to diagnose and hopefully solve the problem is to work on a clean board.
Without that clean board, I can not help you.
so we'll give it a try, have to talk to our sysadmin because of granting you access to the server...
Oh, before we go any further... just to make sure... do another password retrieval, then be 100% sure you've scrolled down to the bottom of the confirmation page. Sometimes there will be another StandardHTML page printed below the confirmation message that may contain an error.
just made a few tests and didn't see any errormessage, pretty strange, hu?
so, what should i do next ?
