One of our users who has Vista reports:
" I have tried and tried, when I am prompted to do my log on name and password, I can't type anything, the moment I try to put in a letter, says having problems Windows will check to see if solution, then it says internet shutting down and it shuts me off the web site, I am still on line but out of the site. I can access every part of the site but in the forums."
We advised her to clear out all her cookies and history and reboot but the same thing happens. We also created a new account for her with the same result.
Anyone know what is wrong here? Any solutions to this?
