My apology if this is not the correct place to post this question, but:

About 3 years ago we bought a business that uses UBB Threads 7.5.5 as the forum software. We have recently had a problem with one of our topic areas just plain vanishing...and would like to sign up and pay the fee for some support to see if anything can be done to repair the damage (and for support with the future in mind as well).

I emailed UBB Threads at the only link provided, with no response. There seems to be no phone number that exists, even to speak to a sales rep, which seems odd and a little disturbing.

Can anyone here point me in the right direction in dealing with this company?
