Hi I got this question about PM boxes from one of my moderators.
is this possible?

Morgan, can you do something about the PM box set-up? The way it is now, if you try to send a PM to someone, you go through all the writing, hit submit, and THEN are told the recipient's PM box is full.

Can that be changed so that it shows full BEFORE the letter is typed up, save the hassle?
