For a user in moderation, when the post is approved the post is displayed but any formatting the user has used is not parsed correctly and shows up as text.
1. User who is in moderation makes a post using a quote or bold or any formatting.
2. Moderator or Admin approves the post.
3. Post becomes public but retains all the ubb code (i.e., [ b ] text [ /b ] - but shown here with extra spaces).
