You are correct.
Just after my last post above. Tom sold his business to total server solutions.
Now they are just like any other hosting service without Tom's intervention to make sure ubb runs correctly.
He would even run updates for you gratis. If you uploaded the files.
Said day. when it happened. I could just pick up the phone and call Tom directly anytime .
Using a few brief words for my issue and he would take care of it.
Because he knew UBB.
He would even go beyond the normal hosting package limits for your account , If you did not exceed them on a regular basis..
If you did he would call you back to discuss the issue.
I remember a few times I talked to him while he was at his children's soccer practice..
I guess he got burnt out like Rick did and wanted out.
