Right now, Classic doesn't have the ability to let you approve each post before it gets posted. It does allow you to censor our words and be notified by email of every new post though.
However, the
UBB.threads software does have this feature. UBB.threads is $229 for a lifetime licnese.
Just a warning, the UBB.threads software is quite different in look and feel than UBB.classic, so you may want to try out the
