I don't have a CLOSE TOPIC thingy at the bottom or anywhere else on the page. I never have had it and it was set up by UBB's people. What gives?

I just went to your forums. You have this option in the topic thread of any topic you open to read. It's right at the bottom.

Administrative Options: Close Topic | Archive/Move | Delete Topic
