547d. Went to the digest center, and found it told me nothing existed. Checked the FTP--everything was there. I figured this was related to a server change recently. It was no big deal so I copied the email list, deleted the directory in ftp then recreated and successfully mailed out my digest.

And then....I went to backup up the new folder with FTP. It wouldn't let me copy or back it up. Permission denied.

Keep in mind---this FTP not UBB control panel.

What could this mean? How do I fix it? Thanks in advance.

Ask your web host to reset ownership on the digests directory and everything within it. After that's done, RENAME it, let the UBB create another, then move the contents of the old directory into the new one. That should work.
