www.healthyarkansas.com is running Apache/1.3.9 (Unix) ApacheJServ/1.1 PHP/4.0.2 mod_perl/1.21 PHP/3.0.12 on Solaris 8

If that is your server and you used the NT instructions, you did not install correctly. Use the Unix instructions and be sure to set permissions as described there. If you have telenet access, type 'perl -v' to see what version of perl you have and 'whereis perl' to find the paths.

Post any additional questions in the Unix install forum unless you are on another server that is definitely NT.

If you are on an NT server, post the version you are installing and the URL to your cp.html. What is the exact error message you are receiving. Does the server have cgi mapped to perl and has the system administrator set permissions according to the NT instructions?

www.healthyarkansas.com is my public page. My server behind the firewall is an NT 4.0 sp 6a running iis4. We are trying your product and I was having runtime problems. No I have not admin cgi and perl. I found a note on this board that will help me with the configuration.

Good luck! There are a number of help files in the Customer Support section of this site that deal with NT troubleshooting. If you are not referring to those in your post, take a look if you continue to have trouble.
