Hi, my UBB link is: http://www.rctouring.com/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi

If you click on "Click Here To View Today's Active Topics (all public forums)" the Displaying Topics comes out as 0 - 0 (0 Total), even if there are new posts.

The Display Active Topics worked before, but just recently I've moved the UBB to a new host and it doesn't work anymore. I've done the Update Threads, Index, re-copied search.cgi over. Nothing seems to work. Does anyone know whats wrong? Maybe a file was corrupted or is missing, anyone know which files I should re-copy or maybe theres a setting in the cp.html that I didn't turn on? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Dan

There will be a number of files in your noncgi directory wtih names similar to forum#index.cgi and dailyindex.cgi - delete them. Run an Index from your control panel. That should help....

Hi Charles! Thank you for your quick reply.

I deleted all the forumindex#.cgi's and dailyindex.cgi and then did index, like you recommended. The Display Active Topics didn't work yet, think I need to wait awhile for it to kick in? Or could it be a bigger problem?

Thanks,
Dan

The dailyindex file should be recreated each time a new post is made. If it's not being created, and the index worked fine, then your board has some weird issues. I'm going to ask you to use the support ticket system for further support for this issue. Infopop will need to examine your UBB.

Hi Charles,

The link you listed for the support ticket system came up as an error, can you post it again?

Thanks,
Dan

Dan-Low, click here and then select UBB Malfunctions from the drop-down list.

The error you received can be caused if you copied and pasted the link - the support ticket system is set up only to accept requests that come from Infopop.com or Scriptkeeper.com...
