UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 5 Support Bug in Search?

I've recently installed UBB and have noticed a problem with the search capability. It seems that if I do a search of private forums, anyone that is a moderator is able to access any private forum for the search. I would assume that they should only be able to search private forums for which they are a moderator (not all private fourms). Is my assumption correct and is this a bug with the search, or are moderators allowed to searchg all private forums? (This would not make sense because as a moderator I cannot look at any private forum--only those I have been granted access to.)

Hm, I thought this was in Bugs last night...

It is difficult, if not completely impossible to properly diagnose most UBB problems without knowing which version of the UBB you are using, as well as the EXACT URL to your Ultimate.cgi, (NOT a link to your webpage).
