UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 5 Support how do i submit an announcement ?

i'm trying to submit an annoncement to my forum but unsuccessfully !
i click "announcements" and then i fill the dates, i choose "All forums", i write the annoncement, i submit it i recieve a confirmation that it had been submited, i enter the forum and NOTHING !!!
i try to edit the annoncement but it doesn exist !
this is my first forum !

Can anybody help me ?

What version are you using?

Some older versions had a bug that required you to enter yesterday's date as the starting date if you want the announcement to start today.
