This is a PIT issue because it was okay before loading the new software.

I can see that a new post has been added to the boards but when I click on that link, it doesn't show up. When I refresh the link, I can then see it. Typically, none of the new posts are visible until I refresh. Frustrating.

Check your cache settings - ensure it's set to verify the page during EACH VISIT, not EACH SESSION.
