The floodcheck is a server side function that is based on the user IP. Many large ISPs, esp. AOL, run proxy servers that many users are on at once. A small handful of AOLers browsing and posting at once could confuse the heck out of the floodcheck.

The best options would be to:

1) Advise the users to find another ISP <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

2) Ask them to simply wait the minute, then hit reload in their browsers. Hitting the back button may cause their messages to be lost.
