I'm hosting my UBB at free.prohosting.com. When I set up the board, it asked me if I either wanted that STMP thing or the SendMail thing. I do not know what to put in that spot. Am I supposed to put my email address there?

Those two fields are to identify what email system your host is using so the email functions in UBB will work properly.

According to Prohosting's cgi faq they use sendmail and the path to sendmail is /usr/sbin/sendmail

Input that path to sendmail in the sendmail field under general settings.
