Please provide the exact URL to your Ultimate.cgi file.

Check permissions on your noncgi/Forum# and noncgi/Forum#/HTML directories.

The url is http://www.nutsaboutnascar.com/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi?action=intro , how do I check the permissions on those files?

The easiest way to check permissions is to use WS_FTP. FTP to your server with WS_FTP and run the DirInfo on the nonCGI directory. WS_FTP will open a text window and display all the permissions on those directories. If you're not sure what the permissions mean, you can cut and paste the DirInfo (because its in a text box) and post the info here.

I am using Cute and don't know how to check the directory info. I've looked on all the menu's. Also I think there is another problem. I couldn't get it to work at first so I called my ISP. The ubb folder is at /htdocs/ubb instead of the root / directory! The Members folder is at /cgi-bin/Members and than some other files. Now i am really confused. Don't I need to move the Members folder to the /htdocs folder. Geeez...I am confused now!

No, the Members directory should be inside the cgi-bin, don't move it.

With CuteFTP, after you've logged in to your ftp server you will see a directory listing of your server.

Switch directories to your nonCGI directory. You should then see a list of Forum directories named Forum1, Forum2, Forum3, etc. One of the columns in the directory listing in CuteFTP is titled Attr - this is the permission setting. All your ForumX directories should look like this in the Attr column - drwxrwxrwx If they don't, highlight them, then right-click your mouse and select "change file attributes". There should be a box to just type the numerical permission of 777 instead of checking the individual boxes.
