How do you set up ranks? (More ranks)

ie instead of:junior member - 0-30 posts member - 30+

Something like:

Rank 1 - 0-10
Rank 2 - 11-30
Rank 3 - 31-50
Rank 3 - 51-80
Rank 4 - 81-100
Rank 5 - 101-150
Rank 6 - 151-200
Rank 7 - 201-250
Rank 8 - 251-300
Rank 9 - 300+
Rank 10 - Mon
Rank 11 - Admin

Also instead of just the ranks name also a picture? If you can help, thanks SO much.

All of the above things you want are add-ons (code hacks). Go to https://www.ubbdev.com and go into their hack database. Find the Stars Hack 2000 and the Avatar hack. These will give you the functionality you are looking for.
