Several of the /help files differ between UBBclassic-6213-release.zip and UBBclassic-6213-upgrade.zip.

(I know that the install*.txt and upgrade*.txt files are intentionally different.)

Most of the time stamps are later on the 'release', but in comparing the files, it looks like the 'upgrade' ones might be more up-to-date.

The upgrade text files in one set are notes that you grabbed the wrong zips. The text files in the other set are the real thing, thus the different timestamps. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

That's why I added the "I know" note in parentheses. But there are non-.txt files that are different too. And these differences are in the content, not just the timestamps.
