We upgraded to 6.3.0.1 last week. We have one forum in which we do not permit replies. Users of this forum are unable to edit their posts. (Administrators are able to edit.)

I tried creating a new forum and closing the old one - but the same problem occurs.

Somehow the "no reply" feature is overriding the originator's ability to edit.

Any suggestions?

This is not a bug - the reply toggle also controls edit permissions.

May I suggest that in a future release this edit/reply function be unlinked? The originator of a thread/post on a 'no-reply' board should be able to edit their own post.

Thanks...
