(I was sure I posted it before <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> )

6.04e == an old, buggy version. Why would you install it on Jan 31st?

They're using UNIX like you do? Maybe it's a problem with a specific program, so they didn't get it?

And you should upgrade anyway. 6.04e is old. When you installed it, 6.2.0 final was out. 6.2.0 Beta Release 1.2 and 6.1.0.4 fixed a huge bug that is still exploitable in your version. 6.04f and 6.05 also fixed many bugs.

You don't seem to have many hacks. You don't seem to have ANY hack. So why can't you upgrade? It takes a hitch. Upload the files in the FTP, click on 'Upgrade' button at the CP, rebuild search index/topic/post history/etc, and voila!

And if you don't have any hack, why did you install a new 6.04e?

I have only this version for a long time..
The license is set to a e-mail adres i don't have anymore..
So there is no way for me to upgrade.
And it's running on a windows 2000 pro version.

Or fill out a support ticket:

And because I have a hunch as to where this is going, I'm going to close this thread now.
