UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic [Archived] UBB.classic Bugs Registration Problems [NOTABUG]

Everytime I have a new person trying to register it tells them that there is an error and instructs them to contact administration for the board but I cannot find out what is wrong.
Now I have checked and it actually shows that they are registered but the note to them is that they are not and it does not send a confirmation email stating that they are a member and give them a password. Also I cannot find there passwords in my system.

It is difficult, if not completely impossible to properly diagnose most UBB problems without knowing which version of the UBB you are using, as well as the FULL URL to your ultimatebb.cgi file, (NOT a link to your webpage). Please provide this information.

In addition, we require the exact error message received.
