i've not seen this reported yet, but if you try to post a poll to an empty formum, e.g. the first post to a forum, it generates an error, telling the user to notify the admin to index the stat files....
however it makes a good recovery after you run the re-index... <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
although it may be planned to deny posting to an empty forum, it should have some sort of error trap there to prevent a user from doing it, instead of generating an error and apparently corrupting the data...
