I have a ubb6.05 ( http://www.abestweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi ) where I have baned an IP however the person keeps comming back under different names with the same IP. What gives?

Also this same person was in my (Private) moderator forum ... how does this happen?

If you have a member who you've banned by IP address buy is still coming back *with that same IP address*, it is time to open a support ticket.

And if Recent Visitors says a user was in a forum, that only means they tried to get in. Not that they actually did anything. Now, if the user posted, that's another matter.
