I'm not so sure if it's a bug or not, but some files still have "2001".

cp.cgi: "# This entire program is copyright Infopop Corporation, 2001." - maybe it should be "# This entire program is copyright Infopop Corporation, 2001 - 2002."?

ultimatebb.cgi: same
