Many new registrants have started emailing me the following error message:

I have not hacked my templates or changed any file permissions, this just started happening 2 days ago. I am unable to reproduce th error myself, but I've gotten more than 20 notifications from distressed users who can't register. Those who bother to try again are usually able to register on the second or third attempt.

Delete that template and upload a clean copy from the zip file.
