For some reason the flashing icon next to the message notifying users they have an unread private message is not showing up. I have the correct filename entered in the Style setting. And I can't seem to find an option to enable or disable this. I'm assuming there is and I just can't find it.

Ohh, looking through the code, this is actually a bug in my mind.

In public_common.pl, the following code is in $show_logout_noreg...

Code
	if(haspms > 0) {
		document.writeln("<" + "b" + "r />");
		document.writeln("<" + "a" + ' href="$ULTIMATEBB{"ubb=my_profile"}">' + "$pmnote_one " + haspms + " $pmnote_two<" + "/" + "a>");
	} // end if
No where does it add the image. The image is however in $show_logout

if you enabled registration, you'd see the image

Ahh.. thanks for clearing that up. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> interesting. Yeah.. thats weird that you can't see it if registration is disabled.

This is fixed in 6.7.2.

For record keeping purposes, the fix landed in rv210.2.11.
