Version 4.4b3 has just been made available in the licensed users section. This version adds support for language selection on the fly. In your profile you can choose to have your language as Chinese (big5 or gb encoded), Danish, English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Romanian or Russian. Not all text has been translated so there may be some english text in with the foreign languages. The default language is selected in w3tvars.pm.
For those upgrading, w3tvars.pm has changed so make sure you update your current w3tvars.pm file with the newer one.
Will be working on getting the various files in the language section fully translated as soon as possible.
