Passwords are now being encrypted. So what you will need to do is logout, and then go to the login screen. From here you will need to click the 'I forgot my password' button. This will email you a new random password to your email address. You can change the password later by editing your profile.
This does 2 things. First off, it fills the need of encrypting the passwords, which everyone is wanting. Second, it makes sure that people don't provide a bogus email address. Because if they do, they won't get their password.
