I think it would be nice to be able to fill in profile fields on the same form that is used for new users to register, for obvious reasons.
Another thing I would like is a feature to keep bots from signing up. Basicly there is the little color filled box that has a word (or just a random combination of letters and numbers) and the person signing up has to correctly copy what is there into another field on the form beneath the box to be able to sign up.
