Could we have a Profile option to reject private messages?
Unfortunately we have at least one nuisance in our midst here.
Could you perhaps also have a word with Vannguyen and anybody else who is inclined to abuse the board?

Actually, this is where the Ban User feature comes in handy. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" /> I would imagine making a private request to Scream would be appropriate here.

Banning is a bit fierce as a first measure. Maybe a reminder of 'rules of conduct' in the FAQ would be enough.

"Abusing the board" ? I was just testing the "Who's online" feature.
I saw you online and I sent a message to say hello. Is that "abusing the board" ? If it is then I'd like to apologize

Assuming "fdsafds" doesn't mean something obscene that I'm unfamiliar with then your apology is accepted.

Just remember "Hello" is fine - "Hi, Cutie" isn't.

The option of accepting private messages is something I will be putting in for sure. I know that some people would rather keep all of their discussions on the forum instead of privately so I think this should be a user option. Especially with the Who's Online feature. I can see where in a large site, people just wouldn't want to deal with trouble makers.
