It would be nice if the bug fix upgrades were also offered as just the changed files in a zip in addition to the zip with all files. It would save download time and also the time to select just the changed files.

and tell if the w3tvars etc need to be changed, or what has been changed, I am tired of editing these files just to find they are exactly the same!!!
